Mix 500g klim and ½ can nestle cream. Allow to stand. Sift and process. Add in 1 level teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder and 3 tablespoon ground Badaam.
Boil:1 cup water1 cup sugar1 cup icing sugar Boil till sticky.Add in 80g butter Boil further on lowAdd into klim mixture. Mix well.Allow to set in mould
Optional Green coloring and pista (pistachio nuts) on top
Chana magaj:
Melt 500g butter
Mix 500g sifted Chana flour with ⅓ cup milk2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter).Make into breadcrumbs Add to butterCook on low till it turns caramel in colour about 45 to 50 minutes. Stirring to prevent scorching. Take off heat. Cool overnight
Add to stand mixer Beat till creamy.Add in 250g klim500g sifted icing sugar 1 teaspoon elachie powder1 teaspoon nutmeg powder1 cup chopped badam (almond) (optional)Add rest of ingredients 2 mixer.Beat till soft and fluffy.Shape as desired. Decorate
