INGREDIENTS
Red filling
500gms chicken cubes1 finely chopped onions 1 teaspoon full crushed garlicSalt/Aromat (a South African Spice)½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon dhana jeera powder 1 tap Red chillie flakes1 teaspoon Chillie powder
Mayo and any sauces of your choice.Green chopped dhania (coriander)
Braise onions in butter till soft.Add garlic and braise for a bit.Add chicken and Aromat (a South African Spice) black pepper and rest of spices..cook till almost done. add in mayo and sauces (add according to how saucy you want).Mix well..when cool add greens
White filling
½ kg chic fillet finely chopped ,1 teaspoon crushed garlic ,½ teaspoon crush black pepper ,salt 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) ,1 teaspoon parsley,2 teaspoon crush green chillies ½ teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin) 1 tablespoon lemon juice ,1 teaspoon chic spice ,wen half way done add 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise Some nados sauce any flavour cook but not too dry leave to cool completely . Add chopped dhania (coriander) and Spring onions
METHOD
Theres 2 ways to make them.
1. Take a slice of bread.With a big cutter cut out circles.. Dip in egg/laii and bread crumbs. Fry on medium heat till done .Make slits in the middle.. open the pockets with a knife. Fill chicken and some shredded lettuce.
2 Take 2 slices bread..Flatten with rolling pin..cut with big cutter and dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry. Cut in halfs ..Fill..
Nb. U can make any kind of fillings..add veggies cheese etc..
