INGREDIENTS
Half Cup Castor Sugar
Half Cup Fish Oil
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
4 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
METHOD
Mix Sugar and fish oil together.
Add baking powder and mix well.
Beat in eggs one @ a time.
Sift in S.R.Flour and mix well.
Use cookie cups and muffin pans and spoon in
level spoon's of mixture.
Bake @ 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes until
done.
Decorate as desired and enjoy.
INFO & TIPS
Butter cream icing: butter, icing sugar,
vanilla essence and milk. (Optional add food
colouring to colour icing)
Pour mixture into muffin pans, remove, cool
down and dip in jam and coconut. Decorate
with fresh cream, canned fruit of choice,
caramel, curt or custard. Grate over
chocolate and enjoy.
