INGREDIENTS
1 cup chicket fillet
Cook with 1 teaspoon crushed chillies,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
1 teaspoon lemon pepper,
salt to taste,
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 teaspoon Chicken spice
Allow to cook.
Add 1carrot-julienne strips
½ green pepper- strips
½ red pepper -strips
4 sliced mushrooms.
Allow to Braise for about 10 minutes.
Then add 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon pesto sauce.
Pesto sauce-
1 green pepper
1 cup mayo
1 cup dhania (coriander)
Green chillis/jalepeno
1 teaspoon sugar
2tbs vinegar
Liquidise all of the above.
Slice tramezini,toast- paste the pesto sauce on each
side, put chicken filling on the base. Pour over little
more pesto sauce and close like a burger. Slice. Enjoy
