¼ cup fresh milk

METHOD
Use thick non-stick pan .Cook on medium heat. Melt
butter, sauté onions, tomato, pepper, mushrooms,
polony, salami, sprinkle salt & pepper until soft and not
brown. Remove from stove, empty pan & beat eggs, milk,
salt & pepper .Melt butter, pour into pan, leave eggs to
fry until golden brown under, don’t turn. Eggs mustn’t be
fried on top. Place all ingredients in the middle of egg,
sprinkle cheese, leave little cheese for garnishing. Fold
the egg, sprinkle the rest of cheese and remove from
pan.
