INGREDIENTS
1 X 430G can asparagus
drained& halved
6 hotdog rolls
butter to spread on rolls
1 cup mayonnaise*
green chillie finely chopped*
1 teaspoon garlic paste*
1 teaspoon sugar*
1 teaspoon lemon pepper*
½ teaspoon mustard powder*
½ teaspoon salt*
1 small pepper- chopped
grated cheese and
chillie powder to garnish
METHOD
Split each roll in half lengthwise& in half again, to make
4 pieces
Spread each piece with butter & top with asparagus
Mix all ingredients with* well & pour over asparagus
Top with cheese & garnish with pepper & chilli powder
Bake at 180’C for aprox 20 minutes until heated & cheese
melts.
