METHOD
1. Put oil on high heat2. Peel potatoes while oil is getting hot3. Cut potatoes into long strips like chips.4. Rinse5. Drain and add about two frites to check if the oil is ready, ensure that the Frites are completely dry before adding to the oil. 6. Fry until golden brown like samoosa's.7. Drain frites out of the oil.8. Dress with salt (to your liking)

You can also make it more exciting by adding chilli powder and vinegar (just a few drops).
