2 cups flour½ teaspoon salt2 teaspoon sugar½ packet instant yeast¼ cup oil Warm water to make a soft dough.Roll out immediately.Place in a tray½ kg cooked, cubed steak or chicken.Fry 3 medium potato chips, polony & viennas. Spice with salt & chillie powder. Add some mayo to meat. Place meat filling down the center, place chips, polony & viennas on top. Put secret sauce over then sprinkle cheese. Fold sides one over another. Brush egg & sprinkle tul. Bake immediately (don't allow to rise) @180 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Secret Sauce:4 tablespoon Mayo2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce1 tablespoon Chilli sauce1 tablespoon peri-peri sauce1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauceENJOY!
