INGREDIENTS
Eggplant
Medium onion
Salt
arad (Turmeric)
Barrishap( fennel seeds,,somph seeds)( but Barrishap is the fine powder)
1 teaspoon koljana
1 tablespoon coconut
1 green chilli
Fresh dhania (coriander)
Oil
Tilqoot( optional)
METHOD
Crush onion with salt..add spices coconut dhania (coriander) chilli and oil..mix and place inside the brenjals...place in pot on stove on low..heat and allow to steam. Add water if necessary..enjoy
