¼ cup yogurt. 2 tablespoon tomato paste. 1 tablespoon tandoori paste/spice. 2 teaspoon lemon juice. 2 tablespoon chilli sauce. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic250gr fillet steak cut in strips. Marinate and cook steak till done
1 onion thinly sliced. 1 tomato cut in wedges. 1 cup grated cheese. 2 naan breads..(Halved). Place halved naans on a baking tray..spread butter at the bottom..butter with 1 tablespoon mayonaise.place steak strips,onion slices,tomato and grated cheese on top of naans..sprinkle with parsleyPlace under preheated oven and grill for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.Chicken, beans ,polony or any leftover fillings can be used
