¼ cup yogurt. 2 tablespoon tomato paste. 1tblsp tandoori paste/spice. 2 teaspoon lemon juice. 2tblsp chilli sauce. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
250gr fillet steak cut in strips.
Marinate and cook steak till done
1 onion thinly sliced. 1tomato cut in wedges. 1 cup grated cheese. 2 naan breads..(Halved).
Pplace halved naans on a baking tray..spread butter at the bottom..butter with 1 tablespoon mayonaise....place steak strips,,onion slices,tomato and grated cheese on top of naans..sprinkle with parsley...place under preheated oven and grill for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Chicken,beans,polony or any leftover fillings can be used
