INGREDIENTS

1 litre milk
8 marshmallows (any colour)
4 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoon coconut (finely dessicated)
8 tablespoon flake crumbed (about 2 flakes)
Few blobs of vanilla ice cream if desired

METHOD

Blitz in a blender for 3 minutes.
Serve with dusted drinking choc or few mini marshmallows scattered over.
The marshmallows give a lovely foam.
rose syrup can be added too if desired.
Can even melt the marshmallows in little milk and then blend everything together.
