1 kg chicken mince
Heat oil/ghee (Clarified butter) in a pot with
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
Few curry leaves
Few peppercorns
2 slit whole green chillies
Once heated add
1 large sliced onion
1 clove garlic sliced
Braise till onions turn pink
Add mince and
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
Salt
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Pinch of haldi
Cook till mince is done then add one liquidized tomato...
1 box canneloni
Stuff cooled mince into canneloni shells
Make a white sauce
2 cups milk
Blob butter
Salt
Pepper
Dissolve 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
And 2 tablespoon any assorted soup powders in a cup of water
Boil all together till thick
Pour over,and sprinkle cheese and chopped peppers..bake at 180 for 30-40 minutes till bubbling and done
