¼ Cup of cold water10 Grams of unflavoured gelatin1 Cup of full cream milk½ Tablespoon of vanilla essence¼ Cup of icing sugar
In a saucepan heat water and add gelatine, heat till dissolved. Add this into the milk, to the milk add sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk it together and leave it to cool in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours stirring it every half hour. Take out after 4 hours and beat with the help of a electric beater till it forms stiff peaks. At this stage your milk should look and taste like whipped cream!! Enjoy!!
