INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 cup warm milk
2 teaspoon instant yeast
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
50g melted butter
+- 4 cups flour
METHOD
Whisk eggs lightly then whisk in milk. Whisk in rest of ingredients except flour. Make a soft dough with flour. Cover and leave to rise untill double in size. Roll out about 3-4cm thick and cut into doughnuts. Leave to rise for 45min to an hour. Fry in medium oil untill golden. Don't over fry as donuts will become dry. Leave to cool and dip in melted chocolate. If dipping in glace, dip whilst still quite warm and leave aside to set.
