INGREDIENTS
3 eggs-separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder{slightly heaped}
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
FOR THE TOPPING;
1 slab Cadbury top deck
½ tin caramel treat
¼ tin nestle cream{or more}
whipped fresh cream for the centre
METHOD
1.beat egg whites stiff
2.add sugar gradually and beat well
3.add yolks and beat
4.sift flour and baking powder and add to mixture
5.mix cocoa,oil and boiling water and add to the rest of ingredients.
6.bake at 180c till done...
7.allow to cool completely then slit centre and fill with whipped fresh cream.
FOR THE TOPPING;
melt top deck...add caramel and cream and mix well...top cakes and enjoy
