1 cup water
1cup sifted flour
½ cup butter
Boil water and butter to boilimg point. Stir in all the flour at one time, and stir vigorously till it leaves sides and forms a lump.remove from stove and allow to cool slightly
Add beaten eggs one at a time
Beat mixture till velvety and smooth.
Nozzle on a greased baking sheet or drop spoonfuls
Heat oven on 200 and bake for about 30min.
Reduce heqt to 150 and bake for 20min
Switch off oven and leev inside till dry and crisp
Slit in the center and fill with sweetend fresh cream. Dip tops in chocolate
Keep in fridge
