Make Your favorite plain cake recipe
Baked In your muffin tins
Allow to cool .

Heat 1 cup apricot jam in micro for one minutes
Remove and thin it out. Add 5 tablespoon milk
With a little yellow coloring. Mix until well blended. Dip cakes in this syrup and roll in coconut.

Slit the cakes in half pipe with whipped fresh cream or a mock icing . close and pipe a rossete.
