2 cups wheat flour
2 tspns dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3⁄4 teaspoon of cardamom
Saffron color powder(optional)
Take a bowl and add the flour, salt, yeast, cardamom powder, saffron color. Now pour water while you are mixing the ingredients and make sure their are no lumps.
Do not make the mixture too hard or too liquidy. You can test it by taking a little batter with the help of your fingers and release it with your thumb. If it drops down too fast then water was added alot. If it drops down just by one push of thumb then its perfect.
Last but not the least beat the batter with your hand and leave the batter near a hot vessel or at a hot place for 2 hours.
Now in a big frying pan or a wok add oil to deep fry it.
Pour the batter in oil just like as it was taken to test. When it turns golden remove and serve it with lots of honey drizzle.
