1 litre milk
1 1⁄2 teaspoon ghas powder
3⁄4 tin condensed milk
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 small tin nestle cream
Rose syrup acc to colour preferred
Beat milk and nestle cream with egg beater until well combined.Make a paste with ghas powder and a little milk and add into milk mixture.Now bring it all to a boil while whisking from time to time to prevent scorching.Once it boils,remove from heat,and add condensed milk,Elachi (cardomom) powder and rose syrup.Beat again with egg beater unilateral frothy.Pour into moulds and leave to set in fridge for atleast 3 hours.
