INGREDIENTS
Beat till egg whites are stiff:
6 egg whites ¼ teaspoon cream of tarter
Sift: 2 cups flour 1 ½ cups castor sugar 3 teaspoon baking powder Pinch of salt
Mix together: 6 egg yolks ½ cup oil 1 teaspoon vanilla ¾ cup water
Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Bake for +/- 5 minutes ( mini cakes). Slit cakes and put fresh cream.
METHOD
SYRUP: 2 cups water ½ teaspoon falooda powder 1 ½ tablespoon sugar Jungle yum
Mix all ingredients together except jungle yum, boil… add jungle yum. Don’t allow jelly to set fully, dip cakes and roll in coconut.
