4 sheets springroll pur
1 cup samoosa mince
2 beaten eggs
Lay 2 sheets pur ontop of another..brush with egg
Sprinkle with mince..
Brush egg on both sides of next sheet
Sprinkle with mince
Brush egg on both sides of next sheet
Sprinkle with mince
Begin rolling from one side like a swissroll
Roll tightly
Seal roll with lai (water and flour paste)
Refrigerate for a few hours
Cut into finger size slices
Dip in beaten egg and fry in shallow oil till golden
