115gr margarine 3 eggs (separated) 1½ teaspoon baking powder 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour ½ cup water ½ cup cocoa ½ cup milo
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg yolks and beat well. Fold in dry ingredients and water in two batches. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold in. Fill into cupcake cases and bake at 180deg 15-20 or until done.
Icing: 125gr margarine 1½ cup icing sugar ¼ cup cocoa ¼ cup milo Milk Beat margarine, cocoa and milo until soft and as fluffy as possible. Gradually add in icing sugar and milk. Ice cupcakes when cold. Decorate as desired.
