INGREDIENTS
500g - bajra flour
50g - wheat flour
50g - besan flour
Salt as per taste
¼ teaspoon - sugar
1 teaspoon - turmeric powder
50g - curd
1 tablespoon - ginger green chilli paste
1 teaspoon - roasted sesame
Oil for cooking. Method
METHOD
Mix all the flour.
Add curd sugar salt ginger green
chillipaste turmeric powder and 3 tablespoon
oil.
Knead it intoa dough using warm water and
make small balls.
Roll out into chappati and cook on tava
applying oil.
Enjoy it as snack or with lunch or
dinner.
It can be stored for a long time.
