INGREDIENTS

2 cups semolina,
1 small dodhi (calabash) grated
3. 2.5 teaspoon baking powder,
4. 1TBS chana flour,
5. 3⁄4 cup oil,
6. 1 carton sour milk,
7. 3⁄4 cup mixed veg (sweetcorn, carrot, peas
8. green masala, tumeric, salt, dhana-Jeeru (Cumin) to taste

METHOD

10. Mix and put in baking tray, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for about 1 hour or until cooked
