INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
1 packet woolworths baby martow spaghetti
30g butter
1⁄2 cup milk
2 tablespoon flour
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
1⁄4 cup cyprus parmesan cheese
Optional- woolworths roasting tomatoes

METHOD


Cut corner of packet and microwave for 3 minutes. Leave aside to cool. Melt butter, add milk and heat, add flour and whisk in until smooth. Add baby marrow and cheese and cook until sauce thickens. Add spices to taste. Serve.

If using tomatoes do not thicken sauce. Once baby marrow is added, mix in. Place tomatoes on spaghetti and place in oven on grill. The sauce will thicken and tomato cook. If worried the sauce will dry out before tomato cooks add more milk before adding flour.

NB: sliced button mushrooms or chicken can be added to dish
