RECIPE



4 cups flour
1 cup ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon kalunji seeds
1⁄2 teaspoon Ajmo (Tymol seed)
1 teaspoon sesame
2 teaspoon Salt
Boiling water

Method
Rub ghee (Clarified butter) In flour.
Add kalunji,Ajmo (Tymol seed),sesame seeds and salt.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Roll extremely thin and make small slashes with a knife all over and cut into thin puris and deep fry on low till brown.

Don't roll thick otherwise puris will not get crispy
