Take 2 tablespoon oil. Add 1 big chopped onion. 1⁄2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin). Cook onion until soft. Now add 1⁄2 red bell pepper chopped,1⁄4 teaspoon ginger,1⁄2 teaspoon garlic and 2-3 green chilies,1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red chili mix well then add 250 grm frozen corn ,salt,1⁄4 teaspoon haldi,1⁄2 teaspoon Garam masala,1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper and 1⁄2 teaspoon dhana powder. Mix well and cook on medium flame until water dry. Let completely cool.
Then add cheddar,mozzarella and tussers cheese,chopped spring onions,chopped coriander,1⁄4 teaspoon Italian herbs and 1 packet crushed lays chips (I used 1⁄2 packet salted & 1⁄2 packet spring onion and cheese) mix well and fill into the samosa pur.
