to make curry seeds

Take ure Rye (black seed)..saumph and thill (sesame seeds)..mix it equal parts..braise few minutues in some tumeric. store in fridge

I was excited to discover CURRY SEEDS..FROM GORIMAS..WOWWW ITS AWSUMN

2 Big onions grated
5 medium. Potatoes cut in chunks
Put oil in a pot ..heat up
Add in 3 to 4 whole red dry chillies..splatter
Add in the onions..salt
Saute well..add in 5 grated garlic ..or 1 teaspoon full
ADD 2 tablespoon curry seeds
Mix well and add in potatoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice..optional
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon kashmiri or mix masala
Half teaspoon chilli pdr
1 teaspoon dhana jeeraa
1 teaspoon tumeric
Mix well..fry for a few minutes
Add in the tomatoes..about 1 cup cooked
Leave to cook few minutues
Add in boiling water ..to cook till potatos are soft and mushy..throw in some curry leaves
Some whole green chillies if u like
Chopped greens and Garum masala
Enjoy with mielie rice..or roti..or kitcherie

Seasoning well is important..or the flavour gets lost..that Curry Seed was Amazing..saumph..till..and mustard seeds 👌👌
