You will need:
1 packet ready made Tortilla wrap or
500g chicken fillet, butterflied
Marinate with :
1 tablespoon tandoori spice
2 tablespoon plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Juice of 1 lemon
Leave for few hours or overnight.
Heat pot with 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) add marinated chicken and cook until done.
Leave chicken moist and the little saucy.
Once cooked use a fork to shred chicken (alternatively u can cube chicken and cook)
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ cup cucumber coarsely grated and squeezed
¼ teaspoon dhana
¼ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
2 tablespoon freshly chopped dhania (coriander) and spring onions
Mix everything together
Heat Tortilla in a pan, smear some raita then add chicken and some more raita on top & close
