+- 200g butter
1 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄4 cup or more if u like extra coconut
1 1⁄2 packet marie biscuit
broken into pieces (crush in a packet or with rolling pin)
1 egg well beaten (optional)
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Melt the butter in a large pot until melted. Remove from the heat and add the icing sugar and cocoa.
Mix well until well the crushed marie biscuits and combine well
ADD +- 2 tablespoon OIL or extra melted butter
Mix well it must not be dry..u must be able to flatten in greased tray..u can put foil and grease
Stir in the beaten egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add the crushed biscuit bits and stir until well combined and evenly coated with the melted cocoa mixture
Spoon the mixture into a greased 24 x 24 cm and..I use the medium silver tray ..
Flatten press mixture in tray to firm it
Cut in squares
Decorate with melted brown chocolate or white milky bar cholcolate..
keep in fridge to get firm
