Mke thinnly sliced donion vagaar in ghee (Clarified butter) add chopped tomato green chutney arad (Turmeric) ground dhania (coriander)/Jeeru (Cumin) salt.cook little add green peas or toowar allow to cook tomato.than I add half pot hot water boil slowly pack moothias in dont stir .thy all will puff up.lower the heat simmer that gravy gets thick.lastly add 2tlb plain yoghurt before serving.chop fresh dhania (coriander) .enjoy.hope it cmes out nice becz I do without measuring .its my mum inlaws recipe and hubby really enjoys it....
