INGREDIENTS
1 cup cake flour
1 tablespoon Chana flour
4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Half teaspoon Salt
Pinch tumeric
Half teaspoon Chilli powder
Chopped dhania (coriander) leaves, Methi (Fenugreek) leaves and
spring onions (as preferred)
Hot water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together then add
hot water to form a dough. Make into
balls and roll out. Fry in ghee (Clarified butter) or
butter.
