RECIPE
1 cup cake flour
½ cup taystee wheat
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Make a soft dough with milk
Roll out cut in small squares
Fry in oil till light gold in colour drain
Allow to cool
Break the squares in bits and put in food processer to crumb it not too fine
remove
In a seperate dish
Add dessicated coconut
Crushed Elachi (cardomom)
Sugar to taste
Add rose essence
sprinkle with coloured nibbed almonds
