INGREDIENTS
2 xl eggs
250ml castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
125ml milk
1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1ml salt
50g butter
METHOD
Prheat oven 180*C. Greasea 23cm fln
dish. Beat eggs then gradually beat in
sugar & vanilla. Heat butter & milk
together until boiling. Sift together
dry ingredients & add to egg mixture.
Stir in hot liquid. Pour into flan
dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or till done.
Leave to cool. Use filling of choice &
decorate as desired.
