2 teaspoon garlic fresh
2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
½ teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon orange pepper spice
salt or to taste
2 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon tomato purée
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon orange spice
1 tablespoon mayonaise
Marinate chicken in the above spices and cook until almost done
Method for Sauce
Mix on stove together until butter melts.
Pour over chicken and grill for +-5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh dhana.
