INGREDIENTS

½ packet of noodles

Sauce:
1 onion chopped
4 tomatoes liquidised
½ bottle All Joy Pasta sauce Tomato & Basil
250ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon red chillies
Green chillies to taste

Veg:
1 punnet mushrooms
1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

METHOD

*Boil half packet noodles of any kind with 1 teaspoon salt & 1 tablespoon oil till al dentè
Drain & set aside

Sauce:
Braise onion in oil
Add in tomatoes & spices
Allow to cool till tomato is well done and oil has surfaced.
Add in half bottle All Joy Pasta sauce and simmer for 10min
Add in fresh cream
And boil for 10min
* becareful not to scorch at the bottom of saucepan.

Veg:
Add in all required veg and steam till well done

Toss all together & set in Pyrex
Grate cheese
Sprinkle parsley

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
