-3 teaspoon butter
Marinate steak with:
-1kg steak cut into strips(washed and drained)
-1 tblspn Aminas wonderspice peri peri marinade
-1⁄4 teaspoon salt
-3 tblspns brown malt vinegar
-1 tblspn lemon juice
-1 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
-1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground garlic
-1 teaspoon oil
-1⁄2 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1⁄2 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
-1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
...And keep aside.
Wash and slice:
-1 punnet mushrooms
-1 green pepper
-1⁄2 red pepper
-1⁄2 yellow pepper
...and keep aside
-5 tblspns tomato ketchup
-3 tblpns mayonnaise(salad cream in u.k)
-2 tblspns peri peri sauce (orange)
-1 tblspn chilli sauce (red)
**Steam frozen mixed veg with salt and butter and keep aside for serving**

Mini garlic naan:
1.) melt butter on medium heat then add the marinated steak,cook for 20mins.
2.)add enough boiled water to cover the steak and cook for 30-40mins on medium heat till steak is soft and tender.
3.)add the mushrooms and peppers and cook for 10mins on medium heat.
4.)add all of the sauces and cook for a further 10mins on medium heat.
5.)garnish with any chopped green herbs of your choice.
6.)serve with steamed mixed veg and mini naans.
