½ teaspoon black pepper ¾ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1-2 tablespoon butter ½ cup fresh cream Method: Cut the butternut into cubes & steam with ¾ cup water until done. Add salt, pepper, butter & sugar. Mix in. Lastly add in cream, simmer and serve immediately.
