60g butter 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vinegar ½ cup water ½ cup milk 1 egg Mix dry ingredients Rub butter in flour until form breadcrumbs Mix wet ingredients Make soft dough Make 2 parts ½ kg Steak 2tb ghee (Clarified butter) 1 cube knorr green pepper flavor 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon green chilli pst Salt Lemon juice Cook steak until done Add in chow chow ∕̴Ɩиϑ tomato sauce ∕̴Ɩиϑ let it cool. Roll out 1 part ọ̥f dough, fill in steak mixture. Add 1 beaten egg . Spread 1 large cubed green pepper, sprinkle some salt pepper ∕̴Ɩиϑ few bolb ọ̥f butter. Cover ώĩ†̥ђ remaining dough. Brush ώĩ†̥ђ egg ∕̴Ɩиϑ bake 180°C ƑoƦ ± 30 minutes Serve hot.......NjOy
