INGREDIENTS

Oil
½ onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
½ teaspoon haldi
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
Potatoes cut for chips
Salt
Vinegar
Masala

METHOD

soften onions add garlic and chilli paste braise for 30 seconds and add chicken cubes as well as all the spices .
Cook until fully done .
Fry the chips not to crispy
Add the salt vinegar and masala .
To assemble :
Roti
Add the chicken cubes at the bottom
Place Chips on top
Spoon good amounts of mayo onto Chips close roti using a toothpick and toast roti on tava before serving ...
