RECIPE

Soak overnight

1 cup samp

1 cup kidney beans or tiny beans

100g steak or mutton

1 onion

1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)

2 slit green chillies

Braise onion with Jeeru (Cumin) and chillies,add meat and add

1 teaspoon ginger garlic

2 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ cup sourmilk

2 tablespoon mayonaise

1 teaspoon crushed green chillies

½ teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)

½ teaspoon parsley

Pinch of thyme

½ packet chicken soup powder

Add all to meat,add beans and add water and cook till beans are soft..
