Ingredients
1 Cup Semolina
1Cup Coconut
1Cup cake flour
1 Cup sugar
2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) powder
3 tablespoon klim
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 ¾  cup milk
{If you want it moist add 2 cups milk}
250 grams butter
Method
Mix all the dry indregients together in a large mixing bowl.
On the stove melt the butter and sugar till syrupy with 2 Elachi (cardomom) and 2 cinnamon stick
then add milk {don't forget to take out Elachi (cardomom) and taj  when mixing into the dry ingredients}
Take milk mixture and mix into dry
ingredients, mix well , and pour into a well greased baking pan or a caserrole
sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for +-180
35-40 minutes.
Tips from Nazia:
*if you want more flavour add more elachie and a drop of rose essence
Texture is very moist .
Add klim gives it a nice  flavour
*already made a note about the milk
