Dough :
1 ½ cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Warm water to make dough. Filling: 2 cups chicken fillet cubed ½ onion chopped 1 teaspoon red masala 1 tablespoon mochachos spice or ½ tablespoon chicken and BBQ spice Salt to taste Lemon juice 1 tablespoon prego sauce 1 tablespoon nandos hot sauce 2 tablespoon mayonnaise Topping: Mushrooms Gherkins CheeseDough
Combine flour salt baking powder and ghee (Clarified butter). Rub with finger tip to form like breadcrumbs. Add the water mix to a soft dough. Knead for a minute leave to rest for an hour. Roll out in a big Roti on floured surface, bake for 15 minutes on 180 deg. Filling Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter), add chicken with red masala, mochachos or chicken spice lemon juice. Cook few minutes. Then add sauces Cook until done. Leave moist. Spread some pizza sauce or chutney on the base. Put a good amount of cheese followed by the chicken then rest of topping.
