Creamy Klim Soup
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: Chicken- 500g chicken fillet (cubed) 1 teaspoon ground garlic paste 1 teaspoon ground green chillies 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 tablespoon oil Also needed: 100g spaghetti (broken into thirds) 1 tin Koo creamstyle sweetcorn 1 packet Floyd's cream of chicken soup 2 cups water 2 cups milk ¼ cup Klim (milk) powder 2 whole green chillies (slit) French chives (snipped) Salt and fresh cracked black pepper (to taste)1. Cook chicken till done.
2. Boil spaghetti in salted water for 8min. Then drain. 3. Add to chicken. 4. Heat milk and water, add soup and whisk in. 5. Add spaghetti, chicken, corn, chillies and Klim. 6. Bring to a boil and allow to thicken to desired consistency. 7. Check seasoning and garnish with chives. 8. Serve with crusty bread/croutons/ toast/fresh bread. BACK TO RECIPElb / pounds |
