1 teaspoon fine red chillies ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 full tablespoon ginger garlic masala juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon white vinegar ¼ cup oil 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon chicken spice Marinate chicken above spices for a few hours. Cook on low heat in its own juices, avoid adding water unless necessary Once chicken is cooked and tender add sauce and leave to simmer. Sauce: 3 tablespoon mayonnaise 3 tablespoon bushveld braai (bbq) sauce ..Nandos 3 tablespoon bbq sauce 1 tablespoon Tomatoe puree 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, juice of ½ lemon salt to taste blob of butter Boil all this together and add to chicken and leave to simmer.
