1kg fillet steak cubed 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon fine green chilies 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon garlic salt 4 tablespoons Nandos pepper sauce Salt to taste 2 cups water ½ cup sago 1 egg lightly beaten Poppy seeds or sesame seeds to sprinkle1. Braise green chilli and garlic in butter.
2. Add meat, pepper & salt, spices and cook until meat is tender. Add pepper sauce once meat is almost done. 3. Boil sago in water till clear and glossy. Add to cooked meat. 4. Fill into pie dough.
