Leg of Lamb Roast
Recipe :@naeema_mia 📷: @naeema_mia 1 - 1½ kg leg of lamb 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon red masala paste 2 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon BBQ spice 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice ¼ cup lemon juice 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon Worcester sauce 2 tablespoon steers steak marinade 2 tablespoon steers BBQ sauceSoak lamb in Vinegar and water, wash and pat dry. Cut deep slits into flashy part of the meat
Mix all of the above ingredients to form a paste. Rub over lamb and leave to marinade 2 - 3 days Add to a pot with remaining marinade, cook over medium heat ± 2 - 2½ hours until meat is tender. Allow sauce to thickenlb / pounds |
