INGREDIENTS

125ml sour cream
half red onion chopped
half a tomato chopped
small piece cucumber chopped
lettuce chopped
5 to 6 sliced bittled jalapeno
2 tomatoes pureed in machine with few strands dhania (coriander)
1 onion very finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon dhana powder
½ teaspoon jeera powder
salt
pinch haldi
pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Avo :
1 avo peeled and mashed
add pinch salt
squeeze of lemon
2 tablespoon yogurt
combine with a folk
grated gouda cheese

METHOD

Saute onions in oil until translucent add the garlic and then the tomatoes as well as the remaining spices cook until the water dries out add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and cook for another 5 minutes set aside .
Assemble :
In a plate place the Big Korn Bites at the bottom .
top with the tomato chutney sprinkle some onion , tomato cucumber and jalapeno , sprinkle lotsa cheese , cover plate with foil, place in oven and allow cheese to melt .
now add the some lettuces add the sour cream the avo mix and sprinkle remaning onions , tomato cucumber and lettuces ,
serve immediately
