Salt & Pepper Ginger Chicken with Mixed Veg
Pic cred: Ruhana Ebrahim Rec cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients: 1 chicken (disjointed) 3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2-3 tablespoon ground ginger paste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon fine salt ½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo (coriander cumin) powder Pinch turmeric powder 1 teaspoon ground green chillies (or more to taste) 3 large potatoes (peeled, quartered & fried) 2 cups frozen mixed veg1. In a large flat pot, heat the ghee (Clarified butter) and ginger together on medium heat.
2. Add in the spices and chillies and mix well. 3. Add in the chicken pieces with lemon juice and mix to coat well. 4. Cook till halfway done. 5.
