Salt & Pepper Ginger Chicken With Mixed Veg

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:
1 chicken (disjointed)
3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
2-3 tablespoon ground ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fine salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo (coriander cumin) powder
Pinch turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ground green chillies (or more to taste)
3 large potatoes (peeled, quartered & fried)
2 cups frozen mixed veg

METHOD

2. Add in the spices and chillies and mix well.
3. Add in the chicken pieces with lemon juice and mix to coat well.
4. Cook till halfway done.
5. Add in the mixed veg and fried potatoes and cook till the chicken is done and veg is tender, adding water if needed. Serve with roti
