Spiced Rice
Chop 1 onions..cook till soft...add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 cubed green pepper...garlic..salt...paprika...mixed herbs.. cook till water burns out. Wash rice and add to the above and enough water to cook the rice. And cook till done Optional.. add spice rice flavour. Serve with fish prawns steak etc.. This a friend mumtaz gve me recipe for rice I tuk my prawns and put a tablespoon oil a few silvered garlic choppedand ¼ cup water When it gets pinkish remove and seive out in a bowl. Onion vagaar .
